- Uses a novel tire TPMS to collect real-world load history and convert it into virtual load spectra for simulation
- Applies finite element analysis to evaluate tire stress and deformation under varying load conditions
- Uses computational fluid dynamics to model internal and external cavity heat exchange, including convection and radiation
- Introduces a nonlinear viscoelastic hysteresis model to characterize rubber heat generation
- Predicts transient thermal conduction and temperature evolution across tire components
- Calculates fatigue damage accumulation over the tire’s service life using Endurica’s CL+DT fatigue analysis tools
- Validates the full framework against bench test data using embedded RF temperature sensors
