This webinar will review a new benchmark that was recently added to the Endurica example library.
The benchmark is based on a 1940 study by Cadwell et all, in which a block of rubber is subjected to cyclic shearing motions while loaded in static tension and in static compression. Cadwell et all reported fatigue test results for 9 load cases. Our example recreates his 1940 study via matching simulations.
